  Micrio takes that weight off your shoulders. You can upload original image files (TIFF, RAW, PSD, PNG) to Micrio, and all image processing, hosting, and high speed global delivery will be taken care of for you. Thus making it a managed solution.

  Unique to Micrio is the fully functional and easily useable Dashboard, where you can upload, arrange and administrate your images.

  Also, it is extremely easy to enrich your images by adding annotations, content, tours, audio and more using our web-based Image Editor. Enrich your image and simply press Publish to make it available to everyone instantly.

• Micrio works seamlessly on all platforms and browsers

  Micrio works on all modern mobile and desktop browsers, and is very easy to integrate into your existing website, using a single <micr-io> HTML tag.

• Micrio is cloud and edge-based

  If you have very large image collections or a highly visited website, you might run into paying a lot for bandwidth, file storage, and server scaling and maintenance. When you have a single image server, it could get clogged when too many people try to view your images simultaneously.

  Micrio runs on Cloudflare and Google Cloud, and all content is delivered by a global Content Delivery Network, meaning that around the globe, your images will be downloaded from a locally stored copy, ensuring the quickest speed, and preventing network congestion. Micrio published data is presented as a static JSON file; no DB connections are made for visitors.

  No long waits viewing your images around the globe.

• Micrio is more than IIIF compatible

  Micrio offers a bunch of features that are not in the IIIF spec, such as 360° image and video uploads, and using those to make large, enriched navigable spaces. Also, it offers fully programmable camera tours, positional audio, and easily customizable publications using custom CSS or Javascript.
